The Problem
Game Changer Shows was managing every event by manually texting more than 100 vendors to collect deposits, table selections, and required info. The process took days, created constant confusion, and made it nearly impossible to stay organized during high-demand events.
The Plan & Services
I planned a complete workflow overhaul: a custom booking website, a clean vendor sign-up system, automated deposit collection, slot selection tools, and spreadsheet-ready data organization. The goal was to turn a messy manual process into a simple, self-serve digital system. I also develop all their event flyers that get used on social medias and the website.
The Solution
I built a fully integrated booking platform where vendors choose their table, submit deposits, fill out their details, and confirm everything instantly. All submissions get organized automatically, eliminating manual outreach and reducing admin time to almost zero.
The Results
The first event processed nearly $15,000 through the new system with minimal issues, and since its launch in June 2025, over $80,000 (as of November). Vendor onboarding became effortless, data stayed organized, and the client saved days of communication work. The upgraded workflow now runs each event faster, cleaner, and far more efficiently.
Next Steps
I am now in the process of a redesign to make it easier on their ownership to add events while still maintaining a beautiful landing page.
