That’s where the idea for their “Quote in One Hour” program came in — a real quote from a real person within business hours — but they needed a system that could support it cleanly.

The Plan and Services

The plan was to build a custom one-hour quote calculator that combined AI, automated contact flow, and text-message notifications. I integrated Andrea Intelligence into their contact form so the system could read customer inputs, run custom flooring calculations, and send accurate quotes instantly. Behind the scenes, we connected the system to their internal work phones so the entire team receives the quote request the moment it comes in.

The Solution

We launched a smart form where customers input their square footage, flooring type, grade preference, and contact info. That information gets sent to what I call the brain of Andrea Intelligence, which processes everything using Pete’s custom pricing formula. The calculator generates the estimated quote automatically, sends it to the customer, and text-notifies all three staff members at the same time. They get the name, number, request, and calculation instantly, so all they have to do is follow up.

The Results

The one-hour quote system became one of their strongest selling points. The calculation accuracy rate is 99%, and the quotes consistently land within the correct pricing range. The team no longer wastes time doing manual math or sorting through messages — everything is automated, instant, and clear. It gives them a major competitive edge and sets the foundation for a full website refresh in the future.
