The Problem
Urban Kitchen needed two things fast: a fully functioning website for their domain transfer and a flexible way to update their menu as they tested new food items. Their traditional printed menus made constant changes difficult, and their promotions weren’t reaching the customers who checked their website instead of social media.
The Plan and Services
I planned a quick-launch website with strong mobile responsiveness, an easy contact form, and space to highlight deals. Alongside that, we created a cloud-based digital menu system that allowed fast, real-time updates, plus a digital signage setup using multiple TVs to display menus, promotions, and scheduled specials. We also built branded graphics for menu design so all items could be edited cleanly without redesigning from scratch.
The Solution
I launched a clean, responsive website with a simple contact form that immediately started generating submissions. We designed a digital menu system and installed a three-screen setup: two for menu boards with adjustable pricing and one for promotions and social content. We added time-based scheduling so lunch specials appear only during lunch hours, keeping everything accurate and customer-facing at the right moments.
The Results
The website saw an immediate increase in deal redemptions and customer engagement. Menu updates became effortless, saving time and reducing printing costs. The digital signage now highlights promotions directly in-store, creates a modern customer experience, and keeps their menu flexible as they test new items. The full system gave them a responsive website, dynamic menus, and a reliable setup they can grow with.
