The Challenge

Urban Kitchen had professional photos and a polished look, but their social media wasn't translating into business results. When I started in August 2024, they had the aesthetics but lacked the strategy to turn online presence into foot traffic. Their content looked good but didn't engage — no deals driving urgency, no storytelling giving people a reason to visit, and no system connecting their digital presence to actual sales. They needed more than pretty pictures. They needed a partner who could build a complete digital ecosystem that drove revenue, not just likes.

My Strategy

I brought in a full-service approach under the Business Ignite model — a combination of ads and social media management working together as one system. We kept the professional look but added strategy behind it — content that told stories, not just showcased dishes. I ran heavy ad campaigns each month promoting specific menu items and limited-time specials, putting them in front of local audiences most likely to come in. On the content side, I built out storytelling that gave people a reason to follow and a reason to visit. I redesigned their website to convert visitors into diners, implemented a comprehensive digital menu system, and created exclusive deals that drove urgency — giving customers a reason to act now, not later. I shot additional authentic content to complement their professional photography, giving them a mix of polished and real that resonated with their audience. Every piece — the ads, the posts, the deals, the website — was designed to work together with one goal: get customers through the door.

The Results

Since August 2024, Urban Kitchen's content has been seen by over 1 million people. The monthly ad campaigns consistently drive reservations, with promoted specials and featured dishes pulling in new faces who had never heard of them before. The exclusive deals I launched created urgency and drove measurable spikes in traffic. Their website now converts visitors into paying customers, and the digital menu system streamlined day-to-day operations. What started as social media management evolved into a complete digital partnership — ads, content, website, menus, and deal creation all running under one roof on the Business Ignite plan. Urban Kitchen now has a system where every piece feeds the next, filling tables every night. That's what full-service marketing looks like when ads and content actually work together.

AdFlow

Which industries do you work with?

All of them. But restaurants are where I built my reputation, and for good reason. It's the hardest industry to market. If I can fill tables on a Tuesday night in one of the most competitive markets in the country, I can drive customers to any business. Paid ads work exceptionally well for any industry where one new customer is worth hundreds or thousands of dollars. Construction, med spas, real estate, fitness, law firms, retail. One new client from a single ad can pay for an entire month of marketing. That's not a pitch. That's math.
