Getting started
Where do I start?
Almost always with the website. Everything else points to it, so it has to work first. Ads, social or the full MarketingFlow can come whenever you're ready.
Who do you work with?
Mostly restaurants, bars and service businesses. Restaurants and bars because that's the world I came up in. Service businesses because their customers search before they buy.
Do you only work in South Florida and Chicago?
No. My home base is South Florida and I'm in Chicago all the time, but websites and ads run remote. Available worldwide. Filming for social happens in Chicago and South Florida.
Do you replace my team?
No. I fit into how you already work. If someone on your team posts or runs the socials, I make their job easier.
Pricing
How much does this cost?
SiteFlow is a $1,500 build, then $29, $99 or $199 a month depending on how much help you want. SocialFlow starts at $2,000 a month. AdFlow starts at $1,000 a month plus your ad budget. MarketingFlow starts at $3,000 a month with the website included.
Is my ad budget included?
No. You pay Google directly, so your budget is never marked up. My fee is separate.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Most people start with the website and add more when things get busy.
Websites
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain and everything on your site belong to you. I build it and look after it, but it's yours.
What counts as a change?
Anything you'd text me about. New hours, a new photo, a price update, a new section. Bigger projects get quoted before I start.
How fast can it go live?
Weeks, not months. You see a preview first, and we adjust it until it feels like your business.
